He knows exactly why he'd feel awful about Ven's death, it's not like it's a huge leap to irrationally blame himself--and it's not like he can talk about irrationally blaming himself, no--but he still wants Roxas to be okay, which includes not tearing himself up about that. So I suspect this is going to translate into clingwrap twin. He's got no hopes of topping Roxas out of feeling awful, specially not in his current state, so he's kind of reduced to just loving on him a lot and hoping it gets through.
