Mundane
Combatant. He’s got good reflexes, hits hard and generally puts up a good fight. This also handily applies itself to athletics (See: Struggle.) (Game #38)

Dexterity. I’m listing this separately from the more offense-based combat, but the fact that he’s got awesome balance and can keep himself in the air is worth mentioning. This is also where things like Dodge Roll and High Jump go. (Regained: Skill Game 12)

Tracking someone while staying out of sight. (Regained: Game #139)


Special:
Resilient. Nobodies are tough little buggers. (Game #43)

Keyblade wielder. What it says on the tin. He can summon and effectively use one of his universe’s strongest weapons. Nerf as needed, though ideally it should still be pretty effective. (Regained: Game #61)

Dual-wielder. Because his heart is made up of the hearts of two Keyblade wielders - Ventus and Sora - Roxas is capable of wielding two Keyblades at the same time, generally manifest as a duo of Oathkeeper and Oblivion. (Regained: Skill Game #21)

Light elemental: Combat. Roxas can wield light as an attack element, much like other Nobodies can wield say fire or wind. (Regained: Skill Game #10)

Light elemental: Healing. Element users in KH are healed when their own element is cast on them, whether by themselves or others. Roxas can now be healed by Light spells in addition to normal healing spells. Moreover, his resilience will be further upped in the daytime. (Regained: Skill Game #24)

Dark Corridor. Again like other Nobodies, Roxas can create a portal and travel through the Pathways of Darkness. If I ever get this skill, it’ll mean he can get places quicker since he doesn’t have to walk. I’m going to assume he can’t access magically warded places like the other teams’ cabins, Sterling’s or Onyx’s private quarters, or the grayed-out areas, and that he can’t leave world. All attempts to do any of the above will be magically blocked by Personae powers/the world’s inherent magic. It may knock him on his ass if he tries. Does that sound good? (Regained: Skill Game #18)

Glide - Flying, whee! Thank you, Tinkerbell. (Regained: Skill Game #13)

Event Horizon. This is Roxas's single Keyblade Limit Break. During Event Horizon, Roxas rapidly darts around the field with his Keyblade enveloped in light, slashing away at enemies with great strength. This is, obviously, stronger than his regular light attack. Can only be used when in crit. (Regained: Skill Game #26)

Event Horizon Final Limit. He summons four thin pillars of light to quickly move in straight paths to ends of the field, dealing heavy damage to any enemies in their path. Works when he's at about 20-30% HP, rather than full crit. (Regained: Skill Game #27)

Magic Hour. This is Roxas's dual Keyblade Limit Break. Allows him to levitate while shooting light beams at his opponent. This is the strongest version of his potential light attacks. Can only be used when in crit. (Regained: Skill Game #28)

Magic Hour Powerup/Variation. Floating and spinning his Keyblades while shooting a great number of homing light orbs. Works when he's at about 20-30% HP, rather than full crit. (Regained: Skill Game #30)
